Positive: Easy to get to the city centre by bus - bus stop right next to the building. Apartment cosy, clean and functional - everything you need, you will find there. I was thrilled by jogging in the park/woods nearby, they are really wonderful, I warmly recommend!
Negative: I would have needed instructions how to lock the apartment beforehand - fortunately a neighbour helped me, otherwise I could not lock the flat, I have never seen this (Swedish) system - you have to push the door handle up, and only after that you can turn the keys to lock the door. And how to open windows - took me a while to figure it out. Otherwise was everything great!

Negative: It seems that in general you should automatically get the door code, but for some reasons I didn't which made entering a bit more complicated because I was not easy to find a phone number where the host would reply after working hours.

Positive: We loved the location of this property. We were here for the World masters championships for 9 days , It is very confidently located for the main city & also the quiet town of mondal. There are several bus lines located right outside the property that come very regularly. We were very happy with the quality of the apartment for the amount that we paid. Great value for money. They responded very quickly and efficiently to a minor problem in the apartment. The check in and check out directions were very clear and easy to understand. The neighborhoods around the buildings are very pretty & quiet to take a nice walk in and see the culture around us. Be sure to pet to beautiful fluffy white cat & enjoy your free apples from neighbors baskets.
Negative: The mattresses and pillows on the beds were uncomfortable, the beds are small for two adults ( we had to use the pull out couch) For future foreign guests, Access to the little self pay mini market attached to the building would be exceptionally convenient. ( we found out that Swedish people just scan their card or app)

Positive: Comfortable and easy in quiet residential neighborhood. Directly next to bus stop with frequent bus service in and out or town. Gothenburg bus&tram pass made getting around from here quick and easy
Negative: WiFi Code in instructions was wrong, but got it off the back of the router in the end so no real problem

Positive: Location was good with a bus stop right outside the apartment. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had what you needed.
Negative: Toiletry was missing so carry your own even if you are travelling for couple of days.

Positive: Good location and fully automated key lock and check in was smooth and was fully equipped . The room was equipped with essential utensils and equipment.
Negative: Our room was equipped with a kitchen and essential utensils but we found out that even plates were not properly washed and the basic toiletries like hand wash were not there. I think hand wash is a basic thing that an apartment should include after this COVID pandemic.
